HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS

We firmly believe that just like a traditional sports athlete, an e-athlete must be in a state of optimal physical and mental well-being in order to perform at his/her best. This invariably involves learning and applying principles of healthy lifestyles, an assortment of behaviors and ideologies related to physical activity, nutrition, hydration, sleep, the management of stress and emotions, just to name a few.

At the Academy, our mission is to provide players with the knowledge and tools they need to learn, integrate and apply a healthy lifestyle that will follow them in a healthy game practice. To do this, we offer conference services and one-off training workshops on the themes of healthy lifestyle and prevention. We also offer personalized individual follow-up services that are highly adapted to the realities encountered in the field of electronic sport and that can be directly integrated into your training plan.

In the same vein, we make sure to apply these principles of healthy lifestyle during our punctual work with young players during day camps, workshops and local training.
