On April 23, 2018, Montreal Esports announced with great enthusiasm the pre-opening of its Electronic Sports Academy.

The Montreal Academy of Electronic Sports (Montreal Esports Academy) is a unique project of its kind in Canada and reaffirms the leading position of Montreal Esports.

The project will take shape in stages. The first step will be Summer day camps. Subsequently, the electronic sport concentration program will be launched. Many other programs will be added to both camps and electronic sport concentration. These include the Coach Education Program and the Training Camp Program, all of which will be ready by May 2019. At the heart of all our programs is prevention of cyber addiction and cyberbullying and healthy lifestyle habits.

The academy is an institution open to all levels of players. We provide a professional environment that promotes learning and performance. We adhere to the code of ethics and the e-sports spirit charter of the la Fédération québécoise de sports électroniques. This charter and code preach the same values as traditional sports and encourage respect and tolerance in the game.

Our team provides high level coaching and training excellence next to what is being done on traditional sports. Prevention, healthy lifestyles and education are the keys to our success and we are confident that we can take our students to the highest levels both in their discipline and in their academic progress.
