Camps availability, registration and acceptance of candidates

The premises may host up to 24 students simultaneously divided in 2 groups of 10 to 12 persons.
With the Day camps program still being in a test phase, registrations are open without any constraint specific to camps and week availability.
As we receive completed forms to book one of the two camp type in a given week, we will close registrations for that campt type and finalize the schedule.

Any further registration for a closed week will be automatically declined and any deposit will be reimbursed (minus administration fees according to the mode of payment). We will inform you when a week is closed for a specific camp type (10 or 12 registrations accordingly) and we will also inform you if your child is among the chosen candidates. For Skill camps: chosen candidates are determined by their age and their level of prowess at a given video game. We aim to build groups with similar skill level to make the experience as uniform as possible and as adapted as possible for each camp.
In the event the camp you chose is full and closed or not enough participants registered, the Academy will reimburse your deposit (minus administration fees according to the mode of payment).
